| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis on the concept and the features of training,the study i-dentifies the basic function of the training to the tourism human resource management and its effect to the people's learning attitudes. Then the study looks into the strategic function of the training to train the organization and people into a learning mode,thus make the tourism hotels' development sustainable and make them more competitive. |
