宁夏沿黄城市带可持续发展能力综合评价研究

城市可持续发展能力直接影响着城市的发展潜力和发展后劲。本文在借鉴国内外可持续发展指标体系研究成果的基础上,结合宁夏沿黄城市带实际,构建了包括经济、社会、资源与环境三大子系统的20个具体指标,建立了宁夏沿黄城市带可持续发展评价指标体系。通过采用主成分分析法系统分析了2007-2011年宁夏沿黄城市带可持续发展能力,并从优化空间布局、加强环境保护、培育特色集群等方面提出了提升宁夏沿黄城市带可持续发展能力的相关对策建议。

Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of Sustainable Development Capacity in Urban Belt Along the Yellow River in Ningxia

Capacity of urban sustainable development influences directly the city's development potential and development stamina.The specific indicators are based on the precedent researches,and combining the practice condition of the urban belt along the yellow river in Ningxia,we constructed the evaluation index system including three sub-systems,which are economy,society,resources and environment,and total of twenty specific indicators.This thesis uses principal component analysis to analyze the sustainable development ability of the urban belt along the Yellow River in Ningxia from 2007 to 2011.At last,we making the suggestion from optimize the spatial layout,strengthen environmental protection,cultivating feature clusters improved strategy of urban sustainable development capacity in urban belt along the Yellow River in Ningxia.
