| 摘 要： | 农业科技资源的均等化配置是公共服务均等化的重要内容,具有必然性。在进行实证调查的基础上发现,福建省农业科技资源存在增量不增效的现象。通过差异系数法、锡尔系数法和基尼系数法进行测算得出,福建农业科技资源配置在人员和资金配置方面存在较大的不公平度,据此提出了相关的对策。

| Abstract: | Equipotent scheme agricultural science and technology is the important part of equalization of public service,it has inevitability.This text base on the inquisitional of demonstration,discover that the amount of Fujian agricultural public science and technology increase,but the efficiency of it do not,and discover that scheme of personnel and capital exist biggish inequity through Difference Coefficient,Theil Coefficient,Gini Coefficient calculation,and bring forward correlative countermeasure advice. |
