黑龙江省碳排放的影响因素分析

根据碳排放的基本公式,采用对数平均权重分解法,结合黑龙江省碳排放相关数据对人均碳排放的影响因素进行分解及测度,结果表明:黑龙江省在2000-2011年期间经济发展对人均碳排放水平的拉动贡献率与能源效率对人均碳排放水平的抑制贡献率间差距在逐年拉大,而能源结构的现状也对人均碳排放起到拉动作用,这致使其抑制作用难易抵消其他因素对人均碳排放水平拉动作用的影响,全省人均碳排放水平没有减缓增长的迹象,依然面临巨大的碳减排压力与挑战。而调整能源结构,加快产业结构转型,大力发展低碳经济,则是黑龙江省实现碳减排的必由之路。

Analysis of Factors that Affect Carbon Emission in Heilongjiang

The author uses both basic formula for carbon emission and logarithmic average weight decomposmon method to anatyze tac-tots that affect per capita carbon emission based on relevant figures from 2000 to 2011 in Heilongjiang. The resuhs show that, per capita carbon emission growth has been seen no signs of slowing down owing to the combined effects of economic growth, energy efficiency and energy mix. The local government still has a lot to do in cutting carbon emission. Only by adjusting the energy mix, restructuring indus- try and developing low-carbon economy, can it be achieved.
