国企整体上市对企业价值提升的影响探析

On Influence of Holistic Listing of State-owned Enterprises to the Promotion of Enterprise Value

The holistic listing of state-owned enterprises will promote industry integration,reasonable resource allocation and optimal governance structure to develop and advance the enterprise value in exploration.However,the holistic listing also has negative effect-weakening the flexibility of industry,easily involving into financial crisis,and increasing integrating risk,etc.Hence,in the process of holistic listing,we should take the following measures to eliminate the negative influence of holistic listing of state-owned enterprises to the promotion of enterprise value: to strengthen auditing on subject qualification,to supervise the fund allocation of financing capital,to guarantee medium and small investors' legal right,and to build rational and scientific risk control system.
