三江平原湿地自然保护区管理能力建设研究

在总结当前管理能力建设现状及存在问题的基础上，提出了加强三江平原湿地自然保护区湿地环境监测和科研推广工作能力建设；增加资金来源渠道和有效使用；加强湿地保护区管理人员参与流域综合规划与管理的意识与能力建设；加强自然保护区管理人员接受信息和传播信息、参与技术培训与交流的能力建设，对建设方法与途径详细阐述。

Study on the construction of managerial ability of Sanjiang Plain Wetland Nature Reserve

On the basis of summarizing the current situation and existing problem of construction of managerial ability, five respects of managerial ability constructing were proposed which were organization of SPWNR, environmental monitoring and scientific research popularizing, channel of capital source and supervising the use of fund effectively and scientifically, consciousness of the administrative staff participating in the comprehensive planning, management of basin and technical training and accepting and spreading information. The building methods of all were explained in detail.
