| 摘 要： | 如何在推进城镇化发展的过程中实现产业结构的调整与升级,如何协调好城镇化发展与产业转型的相互促进,这是产业转型面临的重要考验。依靠资源优势发展起来的新疆,在城镇化快速发展的过程中面临产业转型的难题。文章以新疆为例,在对新疆产业转型的必然性进行分析的基础上,提出了新疆城镇化发展中产业转型的战略思路。

| Abstract: | It is an important test that how to achieve the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure and coordinate the promotes between the urbanization and industrial transformation. It is facing the difficult problem of industrial transformation during urbanization development relying on resources superiority in Xinjiang. This paper analyzes the necessity of industrial transformation in Xinjiang and puts forth some strategy of industrial transformation during urbanization development. |
