我国矿产资源可持续开发利用的战略意义与主要途径

矿产资源短缺和开发利用中的浪费问题,不仅严重影响着我国当前经济的快速发展,而且也制约着我国今后经济社会的可持续发展和全面建设小康社会目标的实现。因此迫切需要转变经济增长方式,实现矿产资源的可持续开发利用。本文从用可持续发展思想指导矿产资源合理配置,科学确立矿产资源战略,健全矿产资源可持续开发利用的法律体系,大力发展循环经济,运用科技手段推动矿产资源的可持续开发利用,拓展矿产资源开发领域,加大政策扶持力度,切实加强矿产资源管理等八个方面提出了实现矿产资源可持续开发利用的途径。

The Strategic Meaning and Main Approaches of Sustainable Utilization Of China's Mine Resources

The shortage of mine resources and serious west in their development and utilization not only seriously impact on China's current rapid economic development,but also restrict to its sustainable development in the future and make some impacts on realizing the goal of building up of well-off society completely.Therefore,it's imperious to transit the model of economic increase and realize the sustainable developing and using of national mine resources.This article put forward the following 8 approaches and measures in order to realize the above goal: guiding rational disposition of the national mine resources with sustainable developing principle;establishing the scientific strategy development of mine resources;building up a sound law system of sustainable development and utilization of national mine resources;developing circulating economy vigorously;promoting sustainable development and utilization of mine resource by taking a scientific economic development model;broadening the field of mine national resource exploration and development,increasing government policies supporting,and strengthening national mine resource management.
