| 摘 要： | 市场经济体制下,国企既表现出国家性,又表现出企业性.国企利润能让我们更加深刻地认识国企性质与国家行为,它作为国家租金的一种表现形式,因其国家偏好而成为国企问题产生的重要根源.当国企利润与产出达到均衡点时,国企的国家性与企业性就能达到完美均衡,国企的自身发展与功能和作用的发挥就能达到最佳状态.
