开放经济下的中国食品安全管制:理论与管制政策体系

摘    要:我国连续出现食品安全事件,暴露出目前我国食品安全管制体系存在的弊端。并且,随着各国经济的不断开放,食品进出口贸易将不断增加,使得食品安全问题不再是局限于对一国范围内公众生命健康的影响,而是直接关系到其他进口食品国家公众的安全。从食品安全对公众生命健康以及食品进出口影响角度看,当务之急是构建完善的中国食品安全管制体系。

Abstract:In recent years, food safety events have taken place for several times in China. It shows that the food safety regulation system in China has some insufficiency. Furthermore, with the economy opening, food trading will increase by and by. So the food safety is not only a domestic issue, but involved into the international affairs. For the health of the people all over the world, we should build a perfect food safety regulation system. The paper analyzes the problem from the perspective of food safety regulation theory and regulation policies.
