| 摘 要： | 由于土地在我国的特殊地位,中央赋予其参与宏观调控的职能,并取得了显著成效。理顺土地政策参与宏观调控的体系,充分发挥土地政策的宏观调控作用,成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文以"压力—状态—响应—效应"(Pressure-State-Response-Effect)模型为基础,从压力、状态、响应和效应四个方面对土地参与宏观调控的理论问题进行了系统研究。

| Abstract: | The paper argues that the most urgent task which ought to be carried out at this moment is to rationalize the system of the role of land policy in macro-control and bring into full play the macro-control function of land policy.On the basis of the model of Pressure-State-Response-Effect,the paper provides a research on the theory of the role of land in macro-control. |
