| Abstract: | Enterprises are to take on the responsibility of keeping social harmony.Small & medium enterprises,especially,play the significant role in the construction of harmonious society and undertaking such responsibilities.Accordingly,as the basis of national economy,small & medium enterprises boost the harmonious development and build up its reputation in this respect as well.Thus,they lay a solid foundation of enhancing their own capability and competence. |
