| 摘 要： | 经济增长、能源结构和环境容量决定了CCS是我国应对气候变化的重要战略选择。介绍了我国CCS政策制定、技术研发、项目示范、国际合作等方面的现状，从潜力、成本、国情等视角分析了CCS发展的前景，从能耗、技术、资金、市场、环境等维度揭示了CCS发展的障碍，并提出了若干对策建议。
