扁平化组织与柔性人力资源管理

摘    要:随着信息技术的不断发展, 知识经济正以其势不可挡的速度向各行各业渗透, 其中知识型企业管理首当其冲。组织结构扁平化、管理方式柔性化和办公方式分散化已成为知识型管理的三大趋势, 随之人力资源管理的边界也从清晰到模糊, 从封闭走向开放。本文试图从组织结构形式的转变入手, 分析在扁平化组织结构形式下如何进行柔性的人力资源管理。

Abstract:With the rapid development of information technology,knowledge economy pervades all walks of life at an overwhelming speed,with the knowledge styled business management being first affected.Flat organization structure,flexible management pattern and decentralized work mode have become the three main trends of knowledge-styled management.The boundary of the human resources management has turned to fuzziness from clearness, and to openness from closeness.In view of the organization structure transformation,this paper attempts to analyze how the flexible human resources management is carried out within the flat organization structure.
