主成分分析、聚类分析在人口区划中的应用

本文结合中国实际，论述了多元统计中主成分分析法、聚类分析法在人口区划中的运用。首先确立指标体系，然后用主成分分析法对原始数据进行了筛选，接着用聚类分析得出人口区划方案，最后就八大人口区进行了概述，为中国有计划、有重点地分区制定人口政策提供科学依据

APPLICATION OF THE MAJOR ELEMENT AND POLY CLASS ANALYTICAL METHOD

Being combined with the Chinese facts, the article expounds the application of major element analysis and poly class analysis in the population division. The author, in the first place, sets up a target system. In the second, he selects original data in use of major element analysis. In the third, he draws a plan for the population division in use of poly class analysis. In the last of it, the author makes a summary of the eight population division, which provides scientific basis for the planned and emphatic formulation of the Chinese population policy.
