| 摘 要： | 管理是现代企业的主题。我国企业管理发展经历以物为本，以财(钱)为本和以人为本的三个阶段和三种管理观，我们有必要选择和确立以人为本的企业管理观，同时，必须消除将以人为本的企业管理观看作一种政治型的、人事型的和伦理型的管理观的误区。

We should develop view of talent centered management and do away with the incorrect conception of regarding talent centered management as political, personnel and ethic management. |
