| 摘 要： | 构建了结构方程模型,研究网络惯例、知识协同对创新绩效的影响。结合福建省产学研协同创新的样本数据,利用SPSS软件和LISERAL软件进行实证研究,检验产学研多重网络环境下网络惯例和知识协同对创新绩效的作用路径。结果表明:利用惯例和知识共享均有助于渐进性创新,探索惯例和知识创造均促进突破性创新;利用惯例有助于知识共享,但不利于知识创造;探索惯例有助于知识创造,但不利于知识共享。

| Abstract: | This paper builds a structural equation model for the impact of network routine,knowledge collaboration on innovation performance.Using the sample data of industry-university collaboration innovation in Fujian province,it empirically tests the effect path of network routine and knowledge collaboration strategy to innovation performance by the software of SPSS and LISERAL.The results show as follows:using routine and knowledge sharing all have the positive relation with incremental innovation;exploring routine and knowledge creation all improve radical innovation;using routine helps knowledge sharing,but not knowledge creation;exploring routine has the positive relation with knowledge creation,but not with knowledge sharing. |
