| 摘 要： | 走产学结合的发展道路是高职院校持续发展的路径选择，也是企业获得持续发展的战略手段。目前，产学合作以职教集团的建设为契机正在快速发展，但是如何在集团内部形成产学合作的良好运行机制将依赖于顶层设计下的路径探索。本文分析了产学合作可持续发展的具体条件，提出了产学合作持续发展的基本路径，为分析高等职业教育产学合作办学提供了较好的理论视角。
