| 摘 要： | 中部地区是我国粮食主产区,幅员辽阔且各地状况差别较大,各地各级政府迫切需要一套提升粮食产业效益的决策分析方法来指导实践.文章综合运用量本利原理、供应链管理和层次分析法的思想以及系统类变量方法,提出了一套适合我国中部地区区情解决粮食增效问题的决策分析框架,并以开封市小麦产业为例验证了该方法的有效性. |
