关于我国市民参政条件的思考

市民参政的良性发展是城市政府治理目标实现不可缺少的中介.本文对影响我国市民参政的几个条件进行了分析,认为政府实施科学的治理、市民参政素质、法制的进一步完善、一定的物质基础和较低的参政成本以及良好的行政丈化氛围是扩大我国市民政治参与和提高市民参政水平的主要条件.

On the conditions of citizen participating in government

Citizen participating in government is a necessary inter-medium between people and government for their future target. This paper focuses on some elements,which exerts a great influence on citizen participating in government,such as good governance,the quality of citizen panidpating in government,perfecting of law systems,low cost and the better environment of administration.
