| Abstract: | The vocational colleges are facing opportunities and challenges; they will be eliminated by the society without innovation and development. Heilongjiang Institute of Architectural Technology became one of the building units in the first batch of 28 national demonstration vocational colleges. Scarce talent training base model of the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Construction developed in innovation. |
