| 摘 要： | 针对有色金属矿山投资开发过程中的决策问题展开研究,本文对定量决策方法的特点及适用问题对象进行总结,并用决策树将决策问题形象表示,最后将决策时应该注意的问题汇总.实践表明,针对重要程度不同的决策问题采用不同的决策方法不仅缩短决策的时间,而且可以节约决策的成本. |

| Abstract: | Focusing on the decision-making issues existed in the process of non-ferrous metal mining investment and development,This paper concludes the characteristics and the application objects of quantitative decision method,expresses the decision-making issues with decision tree,and at last summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to at the time of decision-making.Practice proves that adopting different decision-making methods in view of different decision-making problems can not only reduce decision-making time but also save the cost of decision-making. |
