随着旅游业的快速发展，三亚旅游公共服务设施建设水平有了明显提升。但是，通过国内外游客问卷调查和各大旅游景点实地调研发现，游客日益增长的公共服务需求与供给之间的矛盾仍然突出，同时在建设细节和服务品质等方面存在诸多问题，直接影响了三亚游客的体验感和满意度。针对三亚地方旅游资源特点和公共服务设施建设中存在的问题，结合国内外建设经验，提出完善路径及具体建议，以期提升全域旅游市场消费环境品质和国际竞争力。
