浙江省数字经济发展水平评价研究

通过建立数字基础设施水平、数字发展环境、数字产业化水平和数字创新能力4个一级指标，并选取19个二级指标构建浙江省数字经济发展水平指标体系。基于数据可获得性，采用熵权法对浙江省8个样本城市2017—2019年的数字经济发展水平进行测算，同时对浙江省各样本城市间的发展差异程度展开分析。结果显示：浙江省际数字经济发展水平逐渐提高，大部分城市发展速度较快，具有发展数字经济的潜力；数字经济发展水平呈现出较强的头部效应。

Evaluation Research on the Development Level of Digital Economy in Zhejiang Province

Through the establishment of digital infrastructure level, digital development environment, digital industrialization level and digital innovation capability 4 first-level indicators, and 19 second-level indicators are constructed tobuild Zhejiang Province''s digital economy development level indicator system. Based on the availability of data, the entropy method is used to measure the digital economy development level of eight sample cities in Zhejiang Province from 2017 to 2019, and to analyze the degree of development differences among sample cities in Zhejiang Province. The results show that the level of inter-Zhejiang digital economy development has been gradually improving, and most cities are developing faster and have the potential to develop digital economy; the level of digital economy development shows a strong head effect, and the level of digital economy in major cities is comparable to that of other cities. Shows a trend of differentiation.
