| 摘 要： | 基础产业在一国经济发展中起着基础和决定性的作用，是整个国民经济的物质来源和物质基础。文章结合基础产业的属性和特征，详细分析了石油产业的基础产业属性和经济特征，针对中国石油产业发展中存在的问题，提出了进一步巩固石油产业基础性地位的对策。

| Abstract: | The foundation industry is playing the foundational and the decisive role in a country＇s economy development, and it is the economy material origin and the material base of the entire nation. Combining the economic characteristic of foundation industry, this paper firstly analyzes the attributes and economic characteristics of China＇s petroleum industry. Then, based on the problems exists in view of the Chinese petroleum industrial development, it proposes the corresponding policy suggestions. |
