摘    要:利用数据比较了B3000柴油机与美国CAT3512柴油机的功能性指标,说明B3000系列柴油机动力性、经济性等主要功能性指标已达国际先进水平;通过实例介绍了适宜的现场检测装备和相应的故障诊断技术,以便及时捕获故障征兆;探讨了从提高柴油机使用质量出发加快可靠性增长过程的相关对策.

Abstract:By means of data, the comparison has been made on the functional index between the diesel engine B3000 and American CAT3512, expounding that the functional index of diesel engine in power and economy has reached the advanced international level. The proper on-site detecting equipment and the relevant fault diagnose technology are introduced by practical examples so as to catch fault signs. Finally, the relevant countermeasure is discussed about how to speed up the increase of reliability from the enhancement of diesel engine service quality.
