| 摘 要： | 商业秘密可分为组织机构信息、财务信息、人事信息、经营信息、技术信息。在法律属性上,它是一个特殊的知识产权。其权利人享有对商业秘密的实际专有权,商业秘密的构成要件是:秘密性、保密性、价值性、实践性。
