| 摘 要： | 国有资产管理体制改革是中国经济体制改革的重要组成部分,是国有企业改革不断取得突破的重要保障,也是搞好、搞活国有经济的关键因素。本文分析了国有资产管理体制改革的背景,总结了国有资产管理体制改革的基本进程,对深化国有资产管理体制改革的相关问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | State-owned assets management system reform is an important part of economic system re- form,an important guarantee of the success of state-owned enterprises reform,and also a key factor to make state-owned economy better and more vigorous.On the basis of analyzing the background of reform, this article made a review on State-owned assets management system reform process.A discussion on the subject of further reform was presented as the end of this article. |
