| Abstract: | Near-infrared spectroscopy analysis technology is a new type of analysis technology.Applying it to liquor industry can effectively improve the analysis speed and analysis effect,and has a broad development prospect in liquor industry.This paper analyzes the concept of infrared spectrum analysis technology and studies its role in liquor industry,hoping to provide reference and reference for relevant people,so as to lay a good foundation for further expanding the application range of infrared spectrum analysis technology. |
