| Abstract: | According to the latest documents of replacing business tax with VAT related to water conservancy projects issued by Yunnan province and the estimated cost quota of water conservancy projects as the main basis,Combined with the actual situation of water conservancy project in Yunnan province from the compilation basis determine and understand the project basic situation,analysis of a complete design step by step in the process of compiling about talent machine,direct fee rate,basic data,such as the indirect cost rate should be paid attention to when choosing to use the main points of the problem,so that to prepare the Yunnan province of water conservancy engineering design personnel to provide a reference. |
