论跨境电子商务企业物流成本的管理与控制

跨境电子商务促使跨境物流由以往少批次、大批量的运输模式,向多批次、少品种的个性化、专业化服务模式转变,并对跨境物流中的输送、运输及仓储等环节提出全新的要求及标准。同时,跨境电商不同于国内电子商务,其物流环节复杂,且运输时间漫长,这在很大程度上增加了成本投入,难以提高服务效率。因此,论文以跨境电子商务企业物流成本管控现状为切入点,进一步提出具体的管理控制措施,旨在全面提升跨境电子商务企业物流成本管控水平。

Discussion on the Management and Control of Logistics Cost in Cross-Border E-Commerce Enterprises

Cross-border e-commerce has prompted cross-border logistics to change from the previous transportation mode of few batches and large quantities to the personalized and specialized service mode of many batches and few varieties,and put forward brand-new requirements and standards for conveying,transportation and storage and other links in cross-border logistics.At the same time,cross-border e-commerce is different from domestic e-commerce in that its logistics links are complicated and the transportation time is long,which largely increases the cost investment and makes it difficult to improve the service efficiency.Therefore,the paper takes the current situation of logistics cost management and control of cross-border e-commerce enterprises as the entry point and further proposes specific management and control measures,aiming to improve the level of management and control of logistics cost in cross-border e-commerce enterprises comprehensively.
