| 摘 要： | 居住区停车难的问题已严重影响居民的生活,在小区规划中,必须在掌握汽车消费市场的情况下,从预测居民汽车拥有率出发,加强规划设计条件的制定,提高<城市居住区规划设计规范>中规定的地面停车率及转变土地转让方式等方面来解决此一问题.

| Abstract: | The difficulties of parking have deeply influenced the life of residerts.This paper holds an opinion that after mastering the situation of the cars consumption market,the designers can solve the problems from the aspects of prodicting the owning proportion of cars;strengthening the conditions of design ard panning;improving the region parking rate prescribed in the Code of urban Residential Area planning & Design and developing the ways of land transfer. |
