Abstract:The nutritional quality of food has always been an important index for people to evaluate the food.However,how to make people understand the nutritional quality of the same food and ensure the efficiency and integrity of the food has always been a research hotspot.Among them,the research on multispectral imaging technology in the detection of food nutritional quality is the most prominent and plays a key role in this paper,the application of multispectral imaging technology in the detection of food nutritional quality is studied by reviewing the relevant literature and summarizing the previous experience.The purpose of this paper is to effectively detect the nutritional quality of food under the premise of ensuring high efficiency and non-destructive,so as to provide reference for people.
