| 摘 要： | 当前我国建设创新型城市,必须着力推进自主创新,发展创新型经济。发展创新型经济对于创新型城市建设具有核心作用、引领作用和促进作用。发展创新型经济、建设创新型城市应以创新产业为核心,加快构建现代产业体系;以加大投入为重点,不断增强企业自主创新能力;以集聚人才为突破,精心构筑创新人才高地;以集成资源为支撑,全力打造城市的创新环境。
