摘    要:汽轮发电机组的凝汽器系统是节能挖潜的重点部位。结合大唐国际盘山发电有限责任公司采用优化运行方式和对设备进行节能技术改造的实践,介绍了通过采取加强真空严密性治理、双背压运行调整优化、循环水泵运行方式优化、降低真空泵密封冷水温度保持机组的真空度、胶球系统改造提高投运率、加装冷却罐提高真空等措施,机组的发电煤耗有所降低,达到了节能的目的。提出的节能方法可为其他同类机组借鉴。

Abstract:The turbine condenser system is a crucial part in tapping on the energy saving potential in a power plant. Based on the practice of Panshan Power Plant of Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd in using the optimized operation mode and technical innovation for energy saving, this paper presents some effective and feasible energy-saving measures of a power plant, including the vacuum tightness enhancement, double back-pressure operation adjustment and optimization, circulation pump operation mode optimization, sealing cold water temperature reduction of the vacuum pump to maintain vacuum of the unit, upgrading of the plastic ball system to increase the rate of use, and addition of the cooling tank to raise the vacuum level. These measures prove to be effective in reducing coal consumption and increasing energy saving, and therefore are of significance to similar generating units.
