| 摘 要： | 根据农网建设与改造项目的特点及县级农网实际建立了评价指标体系，并根据用户负荷情况及地区经济状况选定6个样板县，对样板县指标基础数据进行归一化处理及权重计算，采用线性综合评价模型得出各样板县的综合评价结果

| Abstract: | An evaluation index system is established based on the characteristics of rural power grid construction and transformation projects as well as the real situation of county-level power grid. Six counties are chosen for a ease study according to their power loads and regional economic development condition. Through normalization and weight calculation of the basic data of the six counties, the comprehensive evaluation result is gotten by using a linear synthetic evaluation model. |
