Problems in the Construction of Moral Value in Higher Learning Institutions in the New Era

Constructing a team of teachers with good moral values is a fundamental requirement in the reform and development of higher education. It is also a guarantee to stick to socialist education direction and to promote the healthy growth of college students. Therefore, the quality of the talents cultivated in higher learning institutions depends on teachers. But the fact is that there exist some problems which can not be neglected. This paper discusses the problems and the causes of the problems in the construction of moral value in higher learning institutions and countermeasures to solve the problems.
