| 摘 要： | 反生产行为引起理论研究与管理实践的重视。通过文献回顾,分别站在组织和个体的角度,系统总结和分析了反生产行为的潜在消极和积极影响。指出反生产行为可以提高组织成本、恶化伦理氛围、伤害个体福利,同时也有利于暴露组织管理问题、维护员工利益、发泄个体消极情绪等。最后,基于反生产行为的正负效应提出了一些管理对策。
