| 摘 要： | 面对全球经济一体化与国际竞争日趋激烈的经营环境 ,民营企业为求得生存和发展 ,必须追求卓越 ,不断创新。文章分析了民营企业的管理思想创新 ,管理模式创新 ,管理手段创新 ,试图使民营企业通过管理创新在激烈的市场竞争中发展壮大。

| Abstract: | Under the operating environment of the unification of global economy and the rising intension of international competition, private enterprises must pursue the excellence and innovate continually in order to make a living and develop further.This article studies the managerial innovation of private enterprises from three aspects-innovation of managerial idea,innovation of managerial patterns and innovation of managerial means.The aim is to help private enterprises develop and expand with managerial innovation under the intense market competition. |
