| Abstract: | Predicated on expounding the basic connotation of physical distribution and distribution center, this paper examines the function they play in modern social & economical development. And it introduces these terms into real estate industry by analyzing the necessity & importance of constructing the distribution center of real estate industry and rendering the framework of the practice of modern distribution center of real estate industry construction using South China as a case. |
