| 摘 要： | 小城镇建设产业是支柱、生态是基础、文脉是灵魂、功能是核心、信息是生命力 ,在城镇建设过程中应强化规划指导 ,重点培育特色产业 ,加快基础设施建设以提高城镇的承载力和发展水平 ,促进城市健康发展。
