从科技活动链条出发,重点讨论科技市场上经济主体发育,从而识别与总结农业科技成果转化的一般规律与特征。研究发现,农业科技成果转化作为农业科技创新与服务体系的中间环节,应当起着承上启下之关键作用,但现阶段农业科技成果转化投入相对较少,企业也没用成为真正意义上研发主体。要加强应用开发成果促进计划,针对现有科技成果进行二次开发或中试试验,实现大规模的农业科技成果转化;与此同时,理顺科技成果转化体制,提高农业科技成果转化率。

Service System,Transformation of Achievements and Agricultural Sci-tech Correlation

From science and technology chain,we focus on the emergency and development of economic main body in the science and technology market,and tries to explore and summarize the general rule and characteristics of the science and technology market.We draw a conclusion that the transformation of agricultural sci-tech achievements is an important intermediate link in the science and technology chain,and should be a connecting link between the preceding and the following.In fact,the input of the transformation of agricultural sci-tech achievements in China is limited,and the enterprises are still not the main body of R&D.It is important and necessary to carry out large scale pilot tests to the existing science and technology achievements and promote the transformation of sci-tech achievements.At the same time,institution innovation is helpful to increase the transformation rate of sci-tech achievements.
