孵化器内中小科技企业的经营绩效研究

本文从新创企业绩效决定模型出发,根据浙江省四家孵化器内74个企业的问卷调查数据,采用最优尺度回归法,研究中小科技企业经营绩效的影响因素。结果表明:成立年限、净资产规模变动对绩效有正向影响;行业因素不能明显影响企业绩效;期初注册资本对绩效产生负影响;对不同融资方式的依赖程度显著地影响了绩效。

Research on Operating Performance of Small and Medium-sized S&T Enterprises in High-tech Business Incubators

Using the decisive model of new venture performance and applying the method of optimal scaling, the paper researches into the influential factors affecting operating performance of small and medium-sized S&T enterprises based on a survey about 74 enterprises in 4 high-tech business incubators in Zhejiang Province.
