我国企业海外资源开发存在的问题及对策

我国企业海外矿产资源开发存在着信息获得渠道单一、缺乏对项目投资的科学理性评价、国内企业还缺乏合作精神、控制风险能力弱等问题,应采取政府、行业、企业三方面协作的方式来解决上述问题,以使我国矿业企业充分发挥自身优势,创新运作模式,提高"走出去"的能力和水平,更好地开发利用海外矿产资源。

Some Problems and Countermeasures concerning Chinese Enterprises in Developing Overseas Resources

This paper first analyses the problems involved inChinese enterprises in developing overseas resources,such as,the access to information is single;lack of scientific and rationalevaluation for project investment;the domestic enterprises are stilllack of team work spirit;and the ability for risk control is weak.To solve these problems,this paper proposes that the government,industry and enterprises should team up;in order to make Chinesemining enterprises give full play to its own advantage,the modeof operation must be innovated;the ability for implementing thestrategy of "going global" should be improved so as to better exploitand use overseas resources.
