论科学发展 必须实行“五个新转变”

广西二七四地质队是区直事业单位,几十年来找矿成果显著,为建立桂西铝工业基地作出了重要贡献.但工作中也存在一些亟待解决的问题,如何解决问题以保持科学发展,这是该单位面临的重要课题.文章对广西二七四地质队今后保持科学发展提出了“五个新转变”,并指出了主要对策,对地勘单位工作具有参考意义.

On Five-new Transformations in Scientific Development

Guangxi Two Seven Four Geological Brigade is an institution under the region government.In recent years,it has achieved marked results in prospecting and has made outstanding contributions to the establishment of Guixi aluminum industry base.However,there are many problems need to be solved.The essential one is on how to maintain scientific development. The paper puts forward Five-new Transformations and some solutions to it,which will provide reference to some relevant institutions.
