围绕北部湾经济区建设的高职旅游管理专业人才培养模式的研究与实践

随着广西北部湾经济区的建设,旅游专业高技能人才炙手可热。加强对旅游人才的培训,有利于推动广西由旅游资源大省向旅游经济大省跨越的进程。文章通过分析高职旅游管理专业人才的培养特点,结合广西旅游经济发展的形势及需求,从准确定位人才培养目标和旅游高职师资建设等方面探讨高职旅游管理专业人才培养模式。

Research on the Talents Training Modes for the Tourism Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Schools for the Construction of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

With the establishment of the Beibu Gulf economic zone,talents of tourism specialty with excellent skills are becoming popular.Training talents of tourism specialty can build Guangxi from the tourist resource province into a great tourist economic province.This paper,by analyzing the features of talents training for tourism management specialty in higher vocational schools and combining the present situation and need for the tourism economic development in Guangxi, defines precisely the objective of talents training,exploring such talents training modes as teachers training for tourism management specialty in higher vocational schools.
