| Abstract: | It is an important measure to promote the construction of cultural great province of Henan and realize the rise of the Central Plains by means of bringing the advantage of Henan cultural resources into full play and vigorously developing cultural industries.Owing to the provincial government＇s high attention,the development of Henan cultural industries has achieved remarkable successes.But in comparison with other developed provinces,Henan still greatly differs from them.And the policy and measures are put forward to cope with the problems. |
