| 摘 要： | 本文基于产业集群竞争力评价的＂要素＂观点,从产业链的视角设计了影响湖南工程机械产业集群竞争力的评价指标和模型,并通过实际调研对湖南工程机械产业集群竞争力进行了实证分析,找出了影响湖南工程机械产业集群竞争力提高的主要因素,并提出了相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the "factor" concept of the industry competitiveness evaluation,this paper establishes the evaluation index and model from the industrial chain perspective,and tests the competitiveness of the industrial cluster by researching on the model and finds out the factors which affects the improvement,and puts forward the related policy proposal. |
