组织承诺与知识型人才激励研究

摘    要:
有效的激励机制能激发知识型人才的潜能,本文透过组织承诺理论分析知识型人才激励影响因素,主要包括工作本身、个人成长、成就需要等内在动机因素和薪酬、高度自主、他人认可等外在动机因素,提出知识型人才激励的"硬核"理论;通过构建基于组织承诺的知识型人才激励模型,提出通过强化内、外在动机的措施,可激励知识型人才、提高知识型人才组织承诺,进而推动组织发展。

Abstract:
Effective motivation mechanism can stimulate the potentiality of talented personality.By discussing the factors affecting the motivation of talented personality based on the organizational commitment theory,which contain intrinsic motivation factors such as work,personal growth,need for achievement and extrinsic motivation factors such as compensation,highly autonomy,recognition by others and so on,the paper puts forward the "rigidity pit" theory.And by building motivation model for the motivation of talented personality based on the organizational commitment,the paper thinks reinforcing intrinsic and extrinsic motivation factors can improve the organizational commitment of talented personality,and then,promote organizational development.
