| 摘 要： | 分析了企业逆向物流抉择的影响因素,提出了企业逆向物流管理的基本思路,减少废弃物的基本手段,以及企业逆向物流管理的措施,并对逆向物流在汽车行业中的应用进行了案例分析。分析表明:企业建立基于供应链的逆向物流体系势在必行。
